At Gaia Marketplace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
